My approach

Coach first. Mentor when invited.

I listen and reflect

Deep listening, deliberate pauses, and honest reflection of what I hear, including the strengths you may not see in yourself.

I challenge with care

Questions that stretch your thinking, and the accountability to act on what you discover.

I share what I know

When it helps, and only with your permission, I put on my mentor hat and offer perspective, including the unwritten rules of corporate life.

What we might work on

Real situations, real conversations

Difficult conversations

Giving honest feedback, addressing poor performance, and saying what needs to be said with care.

Reviews, raises, and next roles

Preparing for appraisal and pay conversations, and asking for the stretch you want.

Influence and visibility

Building trust with stakeholders and senior leaders, and making your value easy to see.

Leading your team

Building a high-performing team, earning trust, and keeping people engaged, including in hybrid work.

Stepping into a bigger role

Moving from doing the work to leading it, and finding your footing in the first year.

Confidence under pressure

Staying steady through change and uncertainty, and trusting your own judgment.

How it works

Four easy steps to get moving

No long sales process. Every engagement starts the same simple way.

Step 1

Book a chemistry session

A free, 20-minute phone call, or a video meeting if you prefer. You tell me what you want to work on, I share how I’d coach you, and we see whether we’re a fit. You interview me.

Step 2

Choose your level

Flash, Spark, Momentum, or Radiance, based on how much support you want right now. We shape the goals, rhythm, and support around you, and sessions are by phone or video, whichever you prefer.

Step 3

Kick off

Our first sessions map your goals, your situation, and what’s in your way.

Step 4

Grow, and keep the proof

Honest conversations and real-world practice, plus a personalized coaching journey summary: how far you’ve come, your strengths in action, and the practices to keep going.

Ways to begin

Coaching packages

Choose the length that fits what you’re working on. Every package is a way to begin, not a limit. If you want to keep going when one ends, we simply continue, since there’s no fixed end date.

1 session

Flash

One focused 50-minute conversation for a specific decision, challenge, or moment. Use it whenever you’re ready.

3 sessions

Spark

Within one month. A short burst of focus on one goal, in 50-minute sessions.

Recommended
6 sessions

Momentum

Over three months. Build habits and confidence over a season, with 50-minute sessions you can use any time.

15 sessions

Radiance

Over a year. The deepest support for longer-term growth, in 50-minute sessions used any time.

Not sure which fits? Start with a chemistry session and we’ll work it out together. I share pricing there.

Access

Coaching should be within reach

Coaching has too often been available mainly to people who already have access and resources. I want to help change that. I’m glad to scale my pricing for people who might not otherwise have access to a coach, so cost doesn’t decide who gets support. I also offer discounted rates for nonprofit organizations and social impact leaders.

Bring Brilliance is an NMSDC Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a State of California–certified Small Business. Equity is part of how we work.

Finding the right fit

Is coaching with me right for you?

I’m a great fit if you…

✓  Are an emerging leader, first-time manager, or mid-level manager
✓  Want a steady, collaborative partner
✓  Are ready to prepare, reflect, and take accountability
✓  Value an insider’s view of how organizations really work
✓  Want a space where you can bring your whole self

I may not be the best fit if you…

–  Want a hard-charging coach who tells you exactly what to do
–  Want answers handed to you instead of explored with you
–  Are looking for a quick fix without time to reflect

Not sure? That’s what the chemistry session is for. It’s free, and you get to interview me.

What you leave with

A record of your growth

Every client gets a personalized coaching journey summary, a commitment I make to each person I coach. It’s high level on purpose: where you started, what shifted, and where you’re headed. I walk you through it in conversation, then put it in writing, so you hear it in my words as well as read it.

Where you started and how far you’ve come

The big shifts in your thinking, confidence, and habits, reflected back to you.

Your brilliance in action

The strengths you bring, with real examples of how they showed up.

Your decision compass

A short guide for moments of change or doubt, built from your own values.

Practices that keep you growing

Themes, signature wins, and habits to carry forward after our work together.

Ways to work together

Choose the support that fits

One-on-one coaching

A confidential, personalized partnership, by phone or video. Focus on what matters most right now: stepping into a management role, growing your influence, or building executive presence.

Assessment-informed coaching

Add data to the conversation. The Birkman Method, the Intercultural Development Continuum, and Deeper Signals deepen self-awareness and how you work with others.

Team & organizational coaching

Leadership development journeys and team coaching for groups that need alignment, trust, and momentum, delivered through Bring Brilliance.

FAQ

Questions people ask

It’s a free, 20-minute phone call, or a video meeting if you’d rather, to see if we’re a good fit. You tell me what you’re working on, ask me anything about how I coach, and we decide together whether to keep going. There’s no pressure and no obligation.

You bring the goals and the willingness to grow. It’s my responsibility to help you turn those goals into a plan, and that plan into action. I listen closely, reflect what I hear, ask questions that stretch your thinking, and hold you accountable for the steps you choose, so progress doesn’t depend on willpower alone.

Coaching is forward-focused and led by your goals. Mentoring shares experience and advice, and I offer that too, with your permission. Therapy addresses healing and mental health, which is outside a coach’s role. Training teaches skills to a group, while coaching is personalized to you.

Most often emerging leaders, first-time managers, and mid-level managers, and that’s where I love to focus. I’ve also coached leaders all the way up to the executive level, including VPs and above, and I work with executive teams.

The labels overlap, and I work across them. My focus is leadership coaching for emerging leaders and first-time managers, and career growth is a big part of it: reviews, promotions, and next roles. When leaders come to me at the VP level or above, that’s executive coaching, and I’ve coached leaders at that level too.

Both. Coaching sessions happen by phone or video, whichever you prefer, so we can work together from wherever you are. I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area and coach leaders here and beyond. There’s flexibility in how we work together, and we shape the support around what you need.

I recommend meeting every two to three weeks, though the rhythm is yours to shape. There isn’t a fixed end date. Some people work with me for a few months on a specific goal, and others stay longer as their role and challenges grow. We check in along the way on whether coaching is still serving you.

We start by connecting, then focus on what you want to explore. I recommend coming with a topic in mind. Every session ends with clear next steps, and I reflect your growth back to you along the way.

Yes. Confidentiality is a core standard of the ICF Code of Ethics, which I follow as an ICF-credentialed coach. What you share stays between us unless you choose otherwise.

Pricing depends on the package you choose, and I share it in your chemistry session so you can decide with the full picture. I care about making coaching accessible. I’m glad to scale my pricing for people who might not otherwise have access to a coach, and I offer discounted rates for nonprofit organizations and social impact leaders, so please ask.

Often, yes. Many employers cover coaching through learning and development budgets. I’m glad to help you make the case, and to talk with your manager or HR.

That’s completely okay. It’s standard practice in coaching to talk with several coaches before choosing one, and I encourage it, because the right fit matters. If we’re not a match, I’d be glad to refer you to my network of coaches so you find the person who will be meaningful and supportive for you. That’s also why we start with a chemistry session: ask me anything, see how the conversation feels, and decide if it’s right for you.

Let’s start with a conversation.
